Welcome to Nomad Auto Pro. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.nomadautopro.com (the “Site”) and the purchase of any products or services.

1. Contracting Entity & Governing Law

This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the applicable Nomad Auto Pro operating entity based on your region:

North & South America: Your contract is with NUVYON LLC and is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
UK, EU & Rest of the World: Your contract is with NUVYON LIMITED and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. General Conditions & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including traffic and vehicle safety laws).

3. Pricing, Orders & Import Duties

We strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and pricing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors. International Orders: As stated in our Shipping Policy, prices do not include international customs duties or VAT. Buyers outside the US and UK domestic zones are solely responsible for all import taxes and clearance fees (Incoterms DAP).

4. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We take friendly fraud and unjustified chargebacks strictly. By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for validly delivered products. Fraudulent chargebacks will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and reported to credit bureaus.

5. Assumption of Risk & Installation Disclaimer

Nomad Auto Pro sells heavy-duty aftermarket automotive accessories. You acknowledge that the installation and use of these parts carry inherent risks. You assume all responsibility for ensuring proper vehicle compatibility and installation. Nomad Auto Pro and its operating entities shall not be held liable for any damage to property, personal injury, or death resulting from improper installation, overloading, or modification.

6. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver

US Customers: Disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming, under AAA rules. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action. UK, EU & Global Customers: Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
