Refund and Returns Policy
At Nomad Auto Pro, we engineer our heavy-duty cargo systems and exterior armor to the highest standards. We want you to be completely confident in your off-road and overland build. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and straightforward.
The 30-Day Return Window
Our standard return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To initiate a return within this window, the item must meet our strict eligibility criteria.
Strict Eligibility Criteria (The “Uninstalled” Rule)
Due to the heavy-duty nature, safety liabilities, and structural integrity required for automotive aftermarket parts, we can only accept returns for items that are in brand-new, resellable condition.
• Item Condition: Returns are only accepted for items in "New" condition.
• Unused and Uninstalled: The product must not have been mounted, bolted, altered, or show any signs of installation attempts (such as thread wear or wrench marks).
• Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and protective materials intact.
The RMA Process & Return Method
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our warehouse without authorization. All returns must be approved via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Return Method: By Mail.
To start a return, please email our support team at info@nomadautopro.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and the exact shipping address for our US returns facility.
Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
• Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Damaged in Transit or Defective Items
If your gear arrives damaged from transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it to us at info@nomadautopro.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product. We will expedite a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and structurally inspected at our facility (usually within 3-5 business days of receipt), we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund (minus any original shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution. All refunds will be processed in USD.
