Refund and Returns Policy

1. Global Return Policy & Strict Eligibility

At Nomad Auto Pro, we engineer our heavy-duty cargo systems and exterior armor to the highest standards. Our standard return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet our strict eligibility criteria (The "Uninstalled" Rule): The product must be in brand-new, resellable condition. It must not have been mounted, bolted, altered, or show any signs of installation attempts (such as thread wear). It must be returned in its original packaging with all hardware and protective materials intact.

2. The RMA Process & Regional Return Hubs

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any warehouse without authorization. All returns must be approved via a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To start a return, email our support team at info@nomadautopro.com with your Order Number. Once approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and the exact shipping address for your designated regional hub (US Returns Facility or UK Returns Facility).

3. Return Shipping Costs & International Customs

US & UK Domestic Returns: You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned in new condition.
International Returns (Rest of the World): The buyer is 100% responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and covering all transit costs. Any reverse customs charges, import taxes, or clearance fees incurred by Nomad Auto Pro during the return process will be strictly deducted from the final refund amount.

4. Damaged in Transit or Defective Items

If your gear arrives damaged from transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must report it to us at info@nomadautopro.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product. We will expedite a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and structurally inspected at our regional facility (usually within 3-5 business days), we will email you the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus any original shipping or international customs costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Refunds are processed in your original purchase currency.
