At Nomad Auto Pro, we engineer heavy-duty gear for adventurers worldwide. We utilize our strategic fulfillment hubs to ensure efficient delivery: North American orders are primarily shipped from our Atlanta, GA warehouse. UK and European orders are dispatched directly from our specialized manufacturing and R&D facility in Istanbul, Turkiye.
For orders shipped from our Istanbul facility to the UK, EU, or other international regions, the buyer is 100% responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees levied by the destination country. Nomad Auto Pro operates under Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place); our price covers the product and shipping, but not local taxes or customs processing fees.
We accept returns within 30 days, provided the item is in brand-new, uninstalled condition with original packaging. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label and covering all transit costs to our designated regional hub. For international returns, any reverse customs charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Handling Time: 1-2 Business Days. Damage Claims: If your gear arrives damaged, you must report it to info@nomadautopro.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product.
