Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major US holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification containing your tracking number the moment your order leaves our dock.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates We proudly offer Fast and Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Standard Shipping: 4 to 10 business days (Free). Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout. Rates are calculated dynamically based on the total weight of your heavy-duty parts and the final destination.
Warehousing and Fulfillment To minimize transit times and ensure exact-fit accuracy, Nomad Auto Pro fulfills orders primarily from our Atlanta, GA warehouse and other strategically located US facilities. Your gear will automatically ship from the facility closest to your location that has the requested parts in stock.
Non-Contiguous US & International Shipping At this time, our Free Standard Shipping offer applies only to the contiguous United States. For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations, specific freight charges will apply. Please contact our support team prior to placing your order for a custom freight quote.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's tracking portal (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) to update with the initial scan data.
Damages and Lost Packages in Transit We package our exterior armor and roof systems rigorously, but transit damage can occasionally occur. If your gear arrives damaged, you must save all original packaging materials and contact us at info@nomadautopro.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the product. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and immediately expedite a replacement.
